SS Proficiency Sport Badge was instituted by Heinrich Himmler on 15 August 1943 ,and was awarded to non-Germans who were part of the Germanic-SS and Waffen-SS.It has two grades,SS Proficiency Sport Badge in Bronze and SS Proficiency Sport Badge in Silver.
