A:No,you can check out anonymously,but we suggest you register an account.

 2.Q:Do you offer discount to regular customer?

A:Yes. Order amount can be accumulated.

Once your total order amount  is over $200,you can enjoy a 5% discount on future orders.

Once your total order amount is over $500,you can enjoy a 10% discount on future orders.

Once your total order amount is over $1000,you can enjoy a 20% discount on future orders.      

 

3.Q:What payment methods do you accept?

 A: We accept payment by credit card,master card,western union and bank  transfer

 

4.Q:How much is the shipping cost ?

A:Price includes postage.

Uniforms and visor caps will be shipped by express. Other products (awards,insignia,ribbon bars,etc ) will be shipped by registered mail.

 

5.Q:How soon can you ship my order after I  pay?

A:Uniforms can be shipped out in about 10 days ,other items (caps,awards,insignia,ribbon bars,etc )  can be shipped out in about 5 days.

 

6.Q:How do I track my order?

 A:Tracking number will be sent to your registered mail address automatically when we get it ,alternatively you can login onto your account to track it.

 

7.Q:How soon can I receive my order after it's shipped?

A:If it's shipped by DHL/Fedex/UPS,usually it arrives in  about7 days.

If it's shipped by EMS,usually it arrives between 7-14 days.

If it's shipped by registered mail,usually it arrives between 20-30days.

 

8.Q: If I haven't yet received my order in the expected time,what should I do?

 A:Please don't hesitate to contact us,we will look into it,then work out a solution.

Return Policy

If the item you received gets damaged,please send us a photo within 3 days upon receiving it.

After checking the photo, we can resend it or issue a refund,depending on you.

If you find the uniform/cap you received does not fit you well,it can be changed to another size,but you need to pay for shipping of returning  and shipping of we  resend a correct one.We will resend one when it's returned in original condition.

Exceptions:Tailor -made garments are not returnable.
